GENERAL:

• All golf fees, taxes and other fees are included and prices are final.
• Customized Packages are based upon the lodging and golf course rates at your chosen day and time of play.
• Prices are good for the 2024 season only and are subject to change.
• All prices include FREE Deluxe Breakfast at the Best Western Kendallville Inn only.
• All rates are per person, plus taxes and fees and are based upon double occupancy at the Best Western Kendallville Inn.
• All advertised “Special Packages” require visitors to play Cobblestone & Noble Hawk and stay at the Best Western Kendallville Inn.
• An up-charge service fee to all “Special Packages” rates will apply for groups who choose to stay at an alternate hotel unless the Best Western is full or cannot provide the requested room type for the customer.
• We will do our best, in good faith, to secure the golf courses, tee times and reservations that match as closely as possible to your requests.

PAYMENT/CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY:

• All cancellations and changes must be made by phone at 866-719-4608.
• Credit Card confirmation for each member of your group must be made a minimum 14 business days in advance of arrival. Failure to do so may result in losing your room & tee times.
• All changes to number of lodging guests and golfers must be made 7 business days in advance of your first scheduled day of visit.
• Credit Cards for each member of your group shall be authorized (charged) 7 days in advance of your arrival date.
• No refund on unused portion of package stays (golf & lodging).

GOLF RAIN CHECKS:

• In the case of inclement weather, Rain Checks shall be offered per the policy of each individual golf course. Typically, golf courses will only issue Rain Checks if the course is deemed unplayable and closed to all play.
• At no time will Great Indiana Golf Packages be responsible for refunding any portion of package price due to inclement weather or other acts of nature, unless cancellation policy applies.
• If a guest wakes up in the morning and decides not to play, and the course is open, no refund or Rain Check offered.

Please be informed that all “Special Packages” including the CHAMPIONS SENIOR, SPRING SPECIAL, FALL SPECIAL, HOT SUMMER SPECIAL, & THE MONDAY ALL DAY GOLF RATE REQUIRE THAT YOU PLAY COBBLESTONE AND NOBLE HAWK AND STAY AT THE BEST WESTERN KENDALLVILLE INN which are the only courses/hotel to honor these low rates.
